The Visa Commercial Solutions (VCS) team is a world-class commercial organisation experiencing tremendous growth as we expand into new payment flows and continue to grow our core solutions. There is a rapid shift from plastic to digital credentials within the B2B payments ecosystem, mirroring and building upon the same shift within consumer payments over the past decade. We are seeking a team member who can navigate complexity to identify B2B payment solutions to solve for clientsβ and partnersβ business problems and drive opportunities to advance the VCS business.Β
This Senior Manager, B2B Solution Design is responsible for technical solutioning for client and partner opportunities and strategic priorities.Β Focus areas will be virtual cards, API and FinTech integration, embedded payments, and Agentic Commerce. The position will provide expertise to solution for new areas of opportunity that may include new use cases, FinTech constructs or verticals. As the payments landscape rapidly evolves, itβs imperative that we have specific, deep knowledge of our capabilities to drive solutioning, leveraging VCS, and products and capabilities across the Visa enterprise.Β This role strives to bring the best of Visa and to ensure delivery of best-in-class solutions for our clients and partners.

Basic Qualifications
β’ 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications
β’ 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD
β’ 8+ years of relevant experience in product management or solutioning roles, with a strong focus on Commercial solutions.
β’ Expertise in e-Invoicing, ISVs, commercial payments and familiarity with market needs and trends.
β’ Proven ability to drive product development from concept to launch.
β’ Works independently with limited supervision. Must be able to influence teams in a matrix environment to get things done effectively.
β’ Strong oral and written communications. Able to communicate complex, technical concepts in a focused and well-organized manner.

Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
