The Impact of Senior Product Manager, Intake & Orchestration at Coupa

As Senior Product Manager for Coupa's Intake & Orchestration team, you will execute on critical portions of the roadmap along with the associated long-term vision of our industry-leading agentic orchestration platform. You will provide end-to-end product leadership at the intersection of enterprise procurement, agent-led automation, and a conversational UX, serving as a primary influencer of the customer journey. You will lead the product in orchestrating complex intake requestsβ€”architecting human-in-the-loop systems that deploy AI agents at scale, ensuring cross-departmental alignment, and harmonizing disparate technology stacks. You must possess deep business and technical acumen, a growth mindset, and a proven ability to lead teams while scaling solutions across complex enterprise environments. You will actively collaborate with a variety of stakeholders to identify and automate operational bottlenecks, defining the future of autonomous spend.

What You'll Do:

  • Master and expand upon Coupa’s agentic orchestration capabilities, shifting from traditional workflow automation to multi-agent, autonomous systems that drive spend management across complex enterprise ecosystems.
  • Drive the strategic vision and execution for the agentic orchestration platform, evolving product roadmaps to encompass observability, evaluation frameworks, and scalable AI-native automation that aligns business goals with autonomous execution.
  • Own the product lifecycle from feature design to delivery, collaborating with AI research and engineering to build intuitive, conversational "front-door" interfaces powered by real-time context and agent-based decisioning.
  • Design and deliver advanced agentic capabilities that enable business users to submit plain-language, high-intent requests, automatically routed and fulfilled through multi-agent orchestrations that connect disparate enterprise technology stacks.
  • Champion a unified orchestration architecture across product teams, advocating for standardized agentic patterns, Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations, and governance models that ensure cross-functional alignment and system interoperability.

What You Will Bring to Coupa:

  • A minimum of 5 years of PM experience in a SaaS/Cloud product company, specifically with expertise in B2B workflow automation, integration platforms (iPaaS), or enterprise intake/request management.
  • A hands-on learner with a history of mastering complex, data-heavy systems and translating them into user-friendly experiences.
  • A strong understanding of modern automation principles (e.g., no-code, AI-native processes, API orchestration) and a commitment to high usability.
  • Bias toward action, a collaborative spirit, and a data-driven approach to making product decisions.
  • Ability to manage technical debt while pushing for innovation, ensuring robust engineering and testing standards.
