SCOPE
The Sr. Product Manager is an integral role in the organization, leadership roleβ―responsible for overseeingβ―the entire product lifecycle management. Theβ―scope of this position encompasses strategic planning, teamβ―management, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful product delivery andβ―alignment withβ―company goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Line of business ownership.
- Develop and implement product objectives and initiatives consistent with company objectives.
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps, timelines and release plans.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to end of life.
- Collect and simulate the voice of customers, stakeholders and team feedback to shape product requirements and feature enhancements.
- Analyze industry trends, consumer behavior, and market data to inform product decisions and identify new opportunitiesβ―
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities, threats, and emerging trendsβ―
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product success and to recommend improvements
- Responsible for Guest facing pricing analysis and recommendations to maximize yield
- Responsible for line of business P/L
- Participate in building strong vendor relationships and provide feedback to sourcing ensuring optimal pricing and quality of servicesβ―
- Responsible for product launch processes, including design, testing, and launch activitiesβ―
- Responsible for product lifecycle management, including the development of exit strategies for underperforming productsβ―
- Create and present business cases and strategic roadmaps to senior leadership and stakeholdersβ―
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in computer science, business management, marketing, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience product development / product management
- Experience in gathering and interpreting qualitative product data and consumer feedback.
- Proficiency in compiling project status, risk management, and marketing reports.
- Experience managing the entire product lifecycle
- Hands-on experience with web technologies
- Up to 20% travel to represent the company at tradeshows, exhibitions, and key client presentations
