We are seeking a Sr. Enterprise Program Manager to lead high-impact, cross-functional programs that drive strategic business objectives. This role requires managing complex initiatives across multiple departments, ensuring alignment among stakeholders, mitigating risks, and delivering measurable outcomes. You will collaborate with executives, functional leaders, and project teams to define success criteria, develop comprehensive program plans, and maintain governance and transparency throughout program lifecycles. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with strong execution skills, excels at managing dependencies across teams, and thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. This is a unique opportunity to influence enterprise-wide initiatives and contribute directly to organizational growth and operational excellence.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead and manage multiple enterprise-wide programs from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
  • Develop and maintain detailed program plans, including resource allocation, timelines, risk mitigation, and interdependencies.
  • Partner with executive sponsors and functional leaders to define program success criteria and ensure alignment across departments.
  • Own program governance by managing stakeholder communications, status updates, and executive-level briefings.
  • Proactively identify and resolve cross-functional risks, issues, and scope changes to keep programs on track.
  • Drive transparency and accountability by tracking milestones, KPIs, and progress toward business goals.
  • Promote program management excellence by implementing standard practices, templates, and continuous improvement initiatives.



Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 6–8 years of experience in program or portfolio management, with proven success leading enterprise-wide, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong strategic thinking with exceptional execution discipline.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and influence skills across all organizational levels.
  • Experience navigating complex, matrixed environments with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with program and portfolio management tools such as Smartsheet, Asana, JIRA, or Confluence.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities with a business-first mindset and connect the dots across teams.
  • PMP, PgMP, or other relevant program management certifications preferred.
