In this role, you will be a strategic leader, orchestrating the execution of product strategy and roadmaps across our diverse portfolio. Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing project management and analytics functions, driving improvements in project staffing, capacity, and productivity reporting. By enhancing visibility and predictability in product investment allocation, you will align our investments with business returns and ensure effective cross-functional collaboration. This role is critical in delivering measurable value and enabling efficient development and release processes.
Accountabilities
- Lead product operations with a focus on project management and analytics.
- Enhance timekeeping and budget analytics for effective resource allocation.
- Establish operational KPIs and dashboards to track performance.
- Drive continuous improvement and optimize processes across product development.
- Ensure cross-functional alignment in planning and delivery.
- Communicate effectively with executive stakeholders about project status and outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years in product operations or project management roles.
- 5+ years of experience in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).
- Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using analytics/BI tools.
- Expertise in project management tools such as Jira & Confluence.
