Motorola Solutions is seeking a strategic and results-driven Services Product Manager to drive the growth and value of our global services portfolio. This role focuses on maximizing revenue through innovative service offers, pricing, packaging, and go-to-market tactics while providing leadership in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute global strategies to identify & enhance service value, utilizing competitive analysis and market research to stay ahead of industry trends.
Commercial Execution: Drive revenue growth through quality service offers, expert pricing strategies, packaging, and promotional tactics tailored to diverse market needs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Support teams to identify upselling opportunities and ensure seamless service delivery.
Data-Driven Insights: Analyze service usage trends and KPIs to inform product development and provide actionable business updates to senior leadership.
Stakeholder Management: Cultivate strong relationships with key partners and vendors to strengthen the service ecosystem and maintain a competitive edge.
Project Leadership: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of service launches, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines across multiple simultaneous projects.
Communication: Articulate complex ideas persuasively to internal stakeholders and customers, ensuring alignment across all levels of the organization.
Qualifications
Bachelorβs degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA preferred).
3+ years of experience in services product management or marketing, ideally within tech or telecommunications.
Proven success in launching new services and translating complex data into strategic growth.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
Target Base Salary Range: $115,000- $135,000
