Product Manager
The Services Finance Transformation Product Manager will be responsible for developing and articulating a clear product vision and roadmap for finance transformation, specifically focused on the company’s financial processes, systems, and data structures in support of our diverse Services Businesses. This role involves leading end-to-end finance transformation programs, encompassing system implementations, process re-engineering, and the delivery of new financial capabilities. A key focus will be on identifying, analyzing, and redesigning critical finance processes, with a strong emphasis on Order-to-Cash (O2C). The goal is to eliminate inefficiencies, improve controls, and enhance scalability across the financial product landscape. The Product Manager will evaluate, recommend, and oversee the implementation of new financial technologies and tools to automate tasks, improve data quality, and enable advanced analytics, with a strong emphasis on leveraging Generative AI (Gen AI) capabilities to innovate O2C and other finance solutions. Strong stakeholder management is crucial, requiring close collaboration with finance leadership, Services Engineering and Business leaders, IS&T, and other business units to ensure successful product delivery and adoption of new processes and systems. Furthermore, the role entails developing and executing robust change management strategies, including communication plans, training programs, and user adoption initiatives, to ensure a smooth transition for finance teams embracing new financial products. The Product Manager will drive initiatives to improve financial data governance, reporting capabilities, and the use of analytics to provide deeper business insights into O2C performance and other financial metrics, while also ensuring that all transformation efforts maintain strong internal controls and comply with relevant financial regulations and policies.


  • 10+ years of progressive experience in product management or leading complex transformation initiatives, with a proven track record in delivering enterprise-level financial system implementations, particularly with regards to digital services Order-to-Cash (O2C).
  • Proven experience in managing, mentoring, and developing direct reports or project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • BS or BA in Business, Economics, or equivalent


  • Demonstrated experience in defining product roadmaps, managing solution delivery, and fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment for product or project teams.
  • Deep understanding of complex and diverse digital services business models, including subscriptions, digital media distribution, content creation, and advertising, and their direct impact on revenue recognition and O2C processes.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional product teams, influence stakeholders (including engineering, business, and finance leaders), and drive change in a complex organizational environment, especially as it pertains to financial information systems and O2C solutions.
  • Extensive experience in the full product lifecycle of complex cross-functional system implementation or modernization efforts, from requirements gathering to deployment and adoption.
  • Proficiency with major ERP systems (e.g., SAP), automation technologies, and data visualization tools, specifically as they apply to optimizing O2C workflows and reporting.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; comfortable articulating product vision and strategy to executive leadership.
  • A proactive problem-solver who can identify challenges, propose innovative solutions, and drive them to resolution.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments, making informed decisions with incomplete information.
  • Extremely curious, driven to understand root causes, and committed to continuous improvement of financial products and processes.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality around product launches, financial information, and other critical initiatives.
