The Services Finance Transformation Product Manager will be responsible for developing and articulating a clear product vision and roadmap for finance transformation, specifically focused on the companyβs financial processes, systems, and data structures in support of our diverse Services Businesses. This role involves leading end-to-end finance transformation programs, encompassing system implementations, process re-engineering, and the delivery of new financial capabilities.
A key focus will be on identifying, analyzing, and redesigning critical finance processes, with a strong emphasis on Order-to-Cash (O2C). The goal is to eliminate inefficiencies, improve controls, and enhance scalability across the financial product landscape.
The Product Manager will evaluate, recommend, and oversee the implementation of new financial technologies and tools to automate tasks, improve data quality, and enable advanced analytics, with a strong emphasis on leveraging Generative AI (Gen AI) capabilities to innovate O2C and other finance solutions. Strong stakeholder management is crucial, requiring close collaboration with finance leadership, Services Engineering and Business leaders, IS&T, and other business units to ensure successful product delivery and adoption of new processes and systems.
Furthermore, the role entails developing and executing robust change management strategies, including communication plans, training programs, and user adoption initiatives, to ensure a smooth transition for finance teams embracing new financial products. The Product Manager will drive initiatives to improve financial data governance, reporting capabilities, and the use of analytics to provide deeper business insights into O2C performance and other financial metrics, while also ensuring that all transformation efforts maintain strong internal controls and comply with relevant financial regulations and policies.
