As a Technical Program Manager, you will lead end-to-end program execution by translating business needs into actionableΒ plans and driving the delivery of scalable, AI-powered solutions.Β You will manage roadmaps, risks, and stakeholder alignment; partner with engineering to integrate AI and data capabilities; and ensure high-quality, on-time delivery through strong governance, agile practices, and cross-functional collaboration.Β

Responsibilities
  • Define AI program goals, success criteria, and performance metrics across products or functional areas, aligning with organizational strategy and stakeholder needs.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to design integrated, AI-driven solutions and architectures, ensuring alignment with technical and business objectives.
  • Drive orchestration and integration for complex, cross-functional programs by building relationships and coordinating across teams and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with privacy, security, quality, safety, and legal standards across products and services.
  • Collaborate on roadmaps and technical execution, incorporating AI-enabled features while maintaining quality, security, and responsible AI standards.
  • Lead AI-driven analysis and experiments to understand customer needs, validate use cases, improve product performance, and deliver actionable insights.
  • Engage stakeholders through technical advising, feedback sessions, sales enablement, and incident root-cause analysis to improve customer experience and drive continuous improvement.Β 


Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree AND 4+ years of experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.

Preferred Qualitications

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years of experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
  • 1+ year(s) of experience reading, analyzing, and writing code with AI.
  • Experience in corporate finance or FP&A, operating as a trusted advisor between finance stakeholders and engineering teams with the ability to translate financial concepts into technical requirements without intermediaries.
  • Experience creating wireframes, storyboards, or working prototypes using tools such as Figma and GitHub Copilot for stakeholder validation before engineering handoff.
  • Experience documenting end-to-end data lineage, source system dependencies, and business logic transformations as part of structured engineering handoff artifacts.
  • Experience developing and implementing AI-enabled solutions using tools such as Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, and machine learning models, including integrating these capabilities into programs to drive measurable business impact.Β 


Technical Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $160,200 - $261,000 per year.
