Senior Technical Product Manager - CX

The Senior Technical Product Manager (TPM) – CX Applications is responsible for managing the roadmap, implementation, and operations of technology solutions that support Graco’s core Marketing functions. The individual in this position will work to understand the company’s Customer Experience technologies and business processes at a deep level and collaborate with business and technology teams to ensure the delivery of impactful, scalable and innovative solutions – aligned with the overall IT roadmap and business/function strategy. He/she will also work to modernize and optimize business applications to enable the business/function priorities, partnering closely with business stakeholders to prioritize and deliver initiatives that enhance efficiency and operational excellence across the organization through the implementation of new technologies.

What You Will Do at Graco:

· Product Management

o Contribute to the definition and execution of the product roadmap for enterprise application platforms at Graco, focusing on business process optimization, automation, and the adoption of enterprise solutions to drive operational efficiencies across the CX ecosystem

o Assist in the evaluation, selection, and implementation of enterprise business applications that align and enable business goals and overarching IT strategy.

o Support the management of product backlogs, process flows, functional designs, test plans, and other deliverables to ensure successful solution delivery.

· Business Relationship Management

o Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels, fostering trust and collaboration between IT and business leadership.

o Serve as a liaison between the IT team and the Marketing function, supporting technology initiatives and providing input to help identify and prioritize technology solutions that enable functional strategies.

o Collaborate across the IT function and cross-functional business stakeholders to gather business requirements and help translate them into technology requirements, prioritize features, and support the successful delivery of product enhancements.

· Techno-Functional Leadership

o Serve as a subject matter expert on enterprise e-Commerce systems, digital experience platforms, public websites MarTech applications, and product information management applications.

o Demonstrate understanding of business process workflows across the Customer experience technology stack Support initiatives to modernize and re-platform applications to the cloud, assisting with integration efforts and ensuring smooth transitions between cloud and on-premises applications.

o Analyze and recommend opportunities to improve existing business processes through technology solutions, supporting simplification, globalization, unification, and harmonization of processes across functions and regions.

o Assist in developing and delivering training sessions to drive understanding and adoption of core business application platforms.

What You Will Bring to Graco:

o Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

o 5+ years of overall IT experience with domain knowledge in implementing enterprise E-Commerce platforms, digital experience platforms, Websites, MarTech, PIM systems enabling E-Commerce , Website and marketing.

o 2+ years of experience with E-Commerce as a product subject matter expert and functional contributor, supporting the design, configuration and testing of the applications.

o Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and support the management of technology projects with global teams and system integrators.

o Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management practices.

o Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Accelerators

o Master’s degree in a relevant field.

o Experience in the manufacturing industry or other complex, process-driven environments.

o Experience with cloud modernization and digital transformation initiatives.

The base pay range for this position is listed below, exclusive of fringe benefits or other compensation.  If you are hired, your final base hourly rate will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, competencies, education, and/or experience.  In addition to those factors, we will also consider internal equity of our current employees.  Please keep in mind that the range provided is the full base salary range for the role.  Hiring at or near the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future and continued salary growth.
