About This RoleΒ 
The Senior Technical Product Manager will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing our enterprise software and IT systems. This position requires a broad-based skillset with a strong emphasis on understanding and addressing internal customer needs, developing strategic roadmaps, prioritizing tasks, acting as a product owner, and driving outcomes. The scope of work includes development and deployment of Agentic AI for workflow automation and productivity enhancements.Β

On a Given Day, Your Work Might Include
  • Product Ownership: Acts as the product owner for enterprise software and IT systems, ensuring alignment with business goals and internal customer needs.
  • Roadmap Development: Develops and maintains product roadmaps that outline the strategic direction and priorities for enterprise software and IT initiatives.
  • Customer Focus: Engages with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable product requirements.
  • Prioritization: Prioritizes features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on business impact and customer feedback.
  • Technology Adoption: Leads the onboarding of new technologies and drive their adoption across the organization.Β 
  • Outcome-Driven: Ensures that all initiatives are focused on delivering measurable outcomes that enhance business operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaboration: Works closely with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Sales & Marketing, Purchasing, People & Culture, Finance and Accounting, etc., to ensure successful product delivery.
  • Change Management: Take ownership of change management, develop and deliver training programs for end-users, and provide ongoing support and troubleshooting.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitors and analyzes product performance, using data to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.
On a Given Day, Your Work Might Include What You’ll Need to SucceedΒ 
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in enterprise software and IT.

Technical Skills

  • Ability to develop deep understanding of workflows, personas and user needs is a must.
  • Experience developing SaaS solutions in startup settings is a plus.
  • Prefer familiarity with Salesforce, Salesforce apps (TaskRay, Accounting Seed) and integrations, Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM Revit, and Microsoft 365 ecosystem, Microsoft Copilot and Agentic AI, Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Agile Methodology Knowledge: Understanding and implementing Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Must have a solid understanding of technology, including software development processes and tools.

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive product initiatives from concept to completion.
  • Ability to work independently with little direction or oversight.
  • Ability to adopt MN processes and standards.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and measure product success.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills. Must be able to effectively multitask and juggle simultaneous demands while remaining flexible and efficient in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education and Experience:
Physical RequirementsΒ 
  • Ability to work within a typical office environment; moving around from desk to conference spaces, etc., 5-days per week with core hours of 8 am – 5 pm.
  • This position requires extensive use of a computer, including keyboard functions and visual acuity of 20 inches or fewer on a daily basis.
  • Must be able to lift up to 10 lbs occasionally with or without accommodation.Β

Hours & CompensationΒ Β Β 
This is a full-time position paying $120,825 – $181,238 + discretionary bonuses. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary range for this position. Individual placement within a salary range will vary based upon factors including but not limited to candidate experience, knowledge, individual, skills, and organizational performance.Β Β
