Senior Staff Product Manager

We have an opportunity for a Senior Staff Product Manager to join our Product Management team, based anywhere in the U.S., reporting to the senior director of Product Management. In this pivotal role, you will lead the development and strategic direction of our Universal Asset Insights product line. Collaborating closely with Customer Assurance, Customer Success, Sales, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, and IT, you will protect businesses from cyber threats and contribute to developing cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions.Β 


Be a Contributor β€” What You’ll doβ€―β€―β€―β€―β€―β€―β€―Β 

  • Define and articulate the product strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals and market needsΒ Β 
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive product development from concept to launch, setting clear goals and milestonesΒ 
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities in the cybersecurity landscapeΒ Β 
  • Translate insights into product features and enhancements that deliver unique value to our customersΒ 
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation through development, launch, and iterationΒ Β 
  • Prioritize product features and roadmap items based on customer feedback, competitive analysis, and market dynamicsΒ 
  • Work closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Support teams to ensure product objectives are metΒ Β 
  • Serve as the product evangelist, articulating the product's value proposition to both internal stakeholders and external audiencesΒ 
  • Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and understand their security challengesΒ Β 
  • Incorporate feedback into product development to ensure solutions meet customer needs and exceed expectationsΒ 


Be Prepared β€” What You’ll bring

  • 15 years of product management experience, with at least 3-5 years of experience in IoTΒ 
  • Solid understanding of networking and cybersecurity technologies, trends, and best practicesΒ 
  • Experience with asset management platforms or CAASM (Cyber Asset Attack Surface Management)Β 
  • Ability to grasp complex technical issues and translate them into clear, actionable product strategiesΒ 
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentΒ 
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for identifying market opportunities and challengesΒ 
  • Ability to capture and articulate business problems, ideas, requirements, and strategyΒ 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skillsΒ 
  • Experience delivering excellent results with geographically distributed teamsΒ 
  • Self-starter mentality and a high motivation to take your career to the next levelΒ 
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalentΒ

First 90 Days: Immerse in our culture, connect with mentors, and map the systems and stakeholders that rely on your work.
Six Months:β€―Be fully engaged in the Product Management, Architecture, and Engineering teams, have a detailed vision, roadmap, and execution plan for the Asset Insights product line,Β and determine a coordinated go-to-market plan in conjunction with other stakeholders.
One Year: Have an extensive, detailed backlog of product development features based on the long-term product strategy, develop a product expansion strategy that provides a long-term roadmap based on market, competitive, and industry analysis, and own and drive roadmap execution and delivery for those services.
