  • Develop/execute comprehensive change management strategiesΒ tailored to aΒ Workday implementation.Β 
  • Lead stakeholder engagement efforts, ensuring alignment and sponsorshipΒ from key leaders and personas.Β 
  • Conduct change impact assessmentsΒ and readiness analyses to identify risks and opportunities.Β 
  • Design/personifyΒ communication plans to inform and engage employees at all levels.Β 
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and project teams to integrate change management activities into the overall project plan, from concept to completion.Β 
  • Co-Develop robustΒ training programs to equip employees with the skills/knowledge needed for Workday adoption.Β

Qualifications

What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):

  • 7+ years of experience in either Change Management or Organizational Behavior Development
  • At least 3 years of leadership experience
  • Strong knowledge of Workday and its impact on organizational processes
  • Certification in Change Management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ACMP)
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex programs
  • High emotional intelligence and the ability to navigate organizational dynamics effectively
  • 20-50% travel or as needed
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
  • Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
  • Reliable, punctual attendance is a crucial function of the position
