Strategic Program Management: Lead the planning and delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives that modernize Nordstromβs Reverse Supply Chain and Nordstrom Quality Center (NQC) operations.Β
Stakeholder Engagement and Communication: Partner closely with Product, Technology, Inventory, Store Operations, Merchandising, and Analytics to align on goals, share insights, and ensure seamless execution across teams. Deliver clear, tailored communication to diverse audiencesβfrom frontline teams to executive leadershipβusing the right channels to drive engagement and clarity.Β
Performance Analysis and Continuous Improvement: Leverage supply chain performance metrics and KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with data science and analytics teams to build reporting tools that measure program effectiveness and inform decision-making.Β
