Position Description:

​CGI is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead large scale cloud and enterprise software initiatives within a complex Financial Services environment. This role is responsible for managing multiple concurrent SDLC and non SDLC programs, partnering with senior business and technology leaders, and ensuring successful delivery from planning through implementation. The ideal candidate will drive program governance, coordinate cross functional teams, manage project risks and dependencies, and provide executive level reporting while supporting Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies. Experience working in AWS based cloud environments and leading enterprise software programs is highly preferred.

This role is located at a client site in either Reston, VA or Plano, TX. A hybrid working model is acceptable.Β 

Your future duties and responsibilities:

​CGI is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead large scale cloud and enterprise software initiatives within a complex Financial Services environment. This role is responsible for managing multiple concurrent SDLC and non SDLC programs, partnering with senior business and technology leaders, and ensuring successful delivery from planning through implementation. The ideal candidate will drive program governance, coordinate cross functional teams, manage project risks and dependencies, and provide executive level reporting while supporting Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies. Experience working in AWS based cloud environments and leading enterprise software programs is highly preferred.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

. 10+ years of program management experience utilizing
. Extensive experience managing large scale enterprise technology programs and complex project portfolios
. Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and software delivery best practices
. Proven ability to lead cross functional Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall project teams
. Experience delivering cloud based initiatives, preferably within AWS environments
. Skilled at building relationships and communicating effectively with executive leadership, including VP level stakeholders
. Strong project planning and scheduling experience using Microsoft Project and related PM tools
. Hands on experience with Jira, Confluence, and project reporting dashboards
. Excellent risk management, issue resolution, and dependency management skills
. Comfortable coordinating multiple workstreams while balancing competing priorities
. Strong analytical skills with experience producing metrics, reporting, and executive presentations using Excel and PowerPoint
. Experience supporting change management and governance processes
. Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities

Desired Skillset:
​PMP, PMI ACP, Scrum Master, or other project management certifications are preferred but not required​
Education:
​Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent professional experience)​

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $127,500.00 $155,900.00.
