Program Manager (Senior) (Call Order Lead)

We are seeking an experienced and strategic senior level Program Manager to serve as the Call Order Lead in Huntsville, AL. In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of the development and implementation of assigned projects and provide a single point of contact for those projects.

In this role, you will:

• Lead program planning and execution to meet cost, schedule, and performance objectives.
• Act as the primary liaison between project teams, senior leadership, and customers.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, deliverables, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Apply agile and project management methodologies for tracking and reporting.
• Ensure stakeholder engagement and manage cross-functional coordination.

If you're suitable for this role, you have:

• 8+ years of experience managing complex technical or IT projects.
• Strong understanding of Atlassian Software products including JIRA and Confluence.
• Proven leadership, communication, and client engagement skills.
• Experience leading cross-disciplinary teams in high-pressure environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMI Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project delivery methodologies is a plus.
