The Senior Product Manager, Marketing will be a key contributor to brand strategy and lead tactical execution of healthcare professional (HCP) marketing initiatives within Amnealβs growingΒ Specialty portfolio, with a focus on the Parkinsonβs disease franchise. This individual will be responsible for end-to-end ownership of multi-channel HCP marketing programsβfrom strategic planning to flawless executionβincluding speaker programs, advisory boards, professional conferences, non-personal promotion, and peer-to-peer initiatives.
This role requires a highly motivated, collaborative, and execution-oriented marketer who can manage agency partners, cross-functional teams, and field force engagement. The ideal candidate will bring experience in specialty pharmaceuticals, a passion for delivering impactful HCP education, and a track record of driving measurable business results.
Essential Functions:
- Tactical Execution of HCP Marketing: Lead the development and execution of omnichannel HCP promotional initiatives (personal and non-personal), ensuring alignment to brand strategy and achievement of business objectives. Includes oversight of agency partners, promotional material development, launch readiness, and KPI tracking.

- Budget & Vendor Management:Β Manage brand budgets, including PO generation, accruals, and invoice review. Ensure tactical execution stays on time and within budget. Lead agency/vendor engagements and assess performance. Responsible for execution across a portfolio of brands exceeding $200M in annual revenue.

- Promotional Materials Review & Compliance: Own the promotional material development process, including routing through Veeva PromoMats and collaboration with Medical, Legal, and Regulatory teams to ensure compliant, timely approvals. Communicate field notifications and ensure proper use and replacement of materials.

- Professional Conferences & Seminars: Lead planning and execution of Amnealβs presence at national and regional medical meetings (5β7/year), including booth strategy, logistics, materials, staffing, and post-conference follow-up.

- Strategic Planning & Innovation: Support the development of the annual strategic and tactical marketing plans and corresponding promotional budgets for HCP audience. Includes identifying new vendors for cost savings and expanded reach. Develop and implement improvements to procedures, systems and processes (P5). This includes the ability to work with different internal and external stakeholders to reach consensus on topics including new concepts, practices and approaches (i.e., collaborating with IT to overhaul the way we build and manage websites).

- Market Research and Competitive Intelligence: Analyze and interpret primary and secondary market research to gain insights from healthcare professionals and patients/consumers to develop and enhance brand strategies and subsequent tactical implementation. Perform ongoing competitive intelligence and distill complex information to deliver key insights to the sales team to maintain competitive positioning. Anticipate/identify threats and opportunities and make recommendations and develop tactics to respond to threats and opportunities

- Field Engagement & Sales Training Support: Serve as brand liaison/ambassador to the field sales teams to drive effective communication of brand priorities and seek feedback to improve marketing tactics. Support Senior Director, Marketing by working with cross-functional team to develop, coordinate, and execute National Field Sales Meetings and Product Launch Meetings (2-3x/year). Assist with Initial Sales Training presentations (~8/year) for new hires. Should have experience presenting to large groups.

Additional Responsibilities:

- Assists with Business Development evaluations when requested.
- Assist Commercial Operations team with inventory management (samples and marketing materials) to ensure sales force materials are available and approved for use, and sample allocations are falling within budget.
- Assist with managing healthcare provider consulting agreements and advisory engagements.

QualificationsEducation:
- Bachelors Degree (BA/BS) Marketing, Finance or Accounting - Required
- Master Degree (MBA) - Preferred
Experience:
- 8 years or more experience in pharmaceuticals required in field sale, brand management, and/or advertising agency
- 8 years Pharmaceutical Product Manager experience in Neurology or Endocrinology

The base salary for this position ranges from $150,000 to $175,000 per year. In addition, Amneal offers a short-term incentive opportunity, such as a bonus or performance-based award with this position within the first 12 months. Amneal ranges reflect the Companyβs good faith estimate of what Amneal reasonably believes that it will pay for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors, including but not limited to, qualifications, experience, geographic location and other relevant skills.
