Product Manager

The NFL is looking for a Senior Product Managerβ€”Web Platforms to lead the strategy, development, and optimization of web-based products and experiences. The Senior Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams and useΒ data-driven insights to enhance user engagement and drive growth. Β 

Responsibilities:

Strategic Product LeadershipΒ 

  • Develop the Web Platforms product roadmap that aligns with organizational goals while balancing multiple business and user needsΒ 
  • Work with research and experience design partners to understand and socialize the evolving needs of fans/customers, content teams, and partnersΒ 
  • Define and communicate product vision across the organizationΒ 

Cross-Functional Team LeadershipΒ 

  • Oversee the end-to-end development cycle of NFL's web platformsΒ 
  • Execute the Web Platforms product roadmap incorporating inputs from stakeholders, Design U/X, Engineering, and Project ManagementΒ 
  • Work as part of an autonomous agile team with engineers, designers, U/X, research, data & analytics, and direct-to-consumer colleaguesΒ 
  • Foster an inclusive environment where all viewpoints are welcomed and encouragedΒ 

Data-Driven Decision MakingΒ 

  • Gather, analyze, and visualize data to measure success and inform future product decisionsΒ 
  • Define meaningful KPIs aligned with business objectivesΒ 
  • Implement A/B testing methodologies to optimize user experiencesΒ 

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 7 years' experience
  • 3 years management experience

Technical ExpertiseΒ 

  • Strong understanding of web technologies and platform developmentΒ 
  • Experience with content management systems and publishing workflowsΒ 
  • Knowledge of responsive design principles and cross-platform compatibilityΒ 

Product Development & ExecutionΒ 

  • Experience with agile methodologies and sprint planningΒ 
  • Skilled in backlog management and prioritization frameworksΒ 
  • Ability to balance technical constraints with business objectivesΒ 

Stakeholder ManagementΒ 

  • Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiencesΒ 
  • Experience working with multiple internal teams and external partnersΒ 
  • Ability to build consensus among diverse stakeholdersΒ 

User Experience FocusΒ 

  • Commitment to creating outstanding product experiences for fans and customersΒ 
  • Experience with personalization and recommendation systemsΒ 
  • Understanding of accessibility standards for web platformsΒ 

Terms / Expected Hours of Work

  • Full-Time - 40 hours/week in office.

Salary / Pay Range

$140,000 - $175,000 USD

This role requires onsite presence at an NFL office or stadium location, and remote and/or hybrid working options are not offered.
