The Product Management team is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our Data Intelligence Foundation team, focused on the Unstructured Storage Platform that underpins RelativityOne. This role is responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and execution of the unstructured storage capabilities that form the governed data Foundation of our AI platform - reliably powering and scaling the agents, tools, and experiences that deliver Legal Data Intelligence.

You will define product direction, establish clear product health and success indicators, and partner closely with engineering and cross‑functional stakeholders to deliver resilient, cost‑efficient, and scalable storage solutions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in technically complex environments and enjoys solving platform‑level problems that directly impact customer outcomes.

Role Responsibilities:Β 

Customer CentricΒ 

  • Connect withΒ internal and external customers to deeply understand their workflows and needs,Β andΒ craft product strategies thatΒ target specific customer outcomes.β€―β€―Β 

  • Collaborate with engineering toΒ design effective solutions to common customerΒ workflows and pain points across variousΒ segments and personas.Β 

  • MakeΒ data-driven recommendations that keep the roadmap alignedΒ withΒ industry standards and customer expectations.Β 

Product LeadershipΒ 

  • Own the product roadmap and backlog forΒ Unstructured StorageΒ 

  • Partner with Product Leads to shape the strategy and goals for their products.β€―β€―Β 

  • Define, track,Β and reportΒ on key product metrics that are relevant to your domain and expected outcomes.β€―β€―β€―Β 

  • Facilitate cross-functional communication to align stakeholders on priorities and outcomes across infrastructure domains.Β 

Technical LeadershipΒ 

  • Work closely with your Engineering counterparts to ensure that the team deliversβ€―a product that meets our scalability, reliability, usability, observability,Β efficiencyΒ and performance standards.β€―β€―Β 

  • Bring a strong graspΒ of cloud platform architectureΒ to communicateΒ crediblyΒ withΒ engineers and make informedΒ product decisions.β€―Β 

  • Diagnose the technical challenges and root causes of incidents the teamΒ faces, andΒ drive effective solutions.β€―Β 

  • Engage inΒ deep technical discussions with Engineering Managers and Technical Architects to understand the implications that future work could have on your product and customers.β€―Β 

Product ImplementationΒ 

  • Break down complex projects into iterative releases, ensuring measurable milestones for improved system performance and scalability.Β 

  • Anticipate and address dependencies across teams to solve challenges collaboratively.Β 

  • Develop customer-facing documentation and release notes specifically related to platform updates and improvements.Β 

  • Work with internal stakeholders to align go-to-market strategies for new infrastructure capabilities, ensuring a seamless rollout to customers.Β 

Minimum qualifications:Β Β 

  • 7+ years of experience in product management building and deliveringΒ enterpriseΒ softwareΒ 

  • 1+ years of experience inspiring, managing, and coaching Product Owners as direct reportsΒ 

  • Demonstrated strong execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities simultaneouslyΒ 

  • Detail‑oriented whileΒ maintainingΒ focus on strategicΒ objectivesΒ and long‑term outcomesΒ 

  • Excellent communicator and presenter, with strong written and verbal communication skillsΒ 

  • Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologiesΒ 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Design, or comparable practical experienceΒ 

Preferred QualificationsΒ 

  • Experience building and scaling products in large‑scale SaaS or enterprise software environments, ideally supporting complex or mission‑critical use casesΒ 

  • Technical background in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent hands‑on experience working closely with technical platforms and systemsΒ 

  • Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure technologies, including distributed systems and their operational challengesΒ 

  • Experience working at the intersection of productΒ andΒ engineering with a proven ability to thrive in highly cross‑functional environmentsΒ 

  • Excitement for solving complex infrastructure and data management problemsΒ inΒ aΒ highοΏΌdemandΒ AI platformΒ environmentΒ 

  • Proven ability to analyze product and platform metrics toΒ monitorΒ system health, forecast scaling needs, andΒ optimizeΒ cost efficiencyΒ 

  • Experience delivering features and platform capabilities from ideation through implementation, aligning customer needs with business and technical constraintsΒ 

  • Ability to clearly articulate infrastructure‑ and platform‑focused strategies to both technical and non‑technical audiencesΒ

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.

The expected salary range for this role is between following values:

$140,000 and $210,000

The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.Β
