We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to become the founding U.S. Product Manager for Time Off --- part of HiBob's core offering, owning the vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution for a product at the intersection of workforce management, employee scheduling, shift management, compliance, payroll, and employee experience.
This is a rare opportunity to build for the U.S. market from the ground up while partnering with globally distributed teams across the U.S., UK, and Israel. You'll have end-to-end ownership, significant influence on product direction, and the chance to shape a critical part of HiBob's long-term growth strategy.
Fixed Salary Range: $180,000 - $215,000 + benefits & stock options (ISOs).
Requirements
- Serve as the founding PM for HiBob's Time Off product---part of HiBob's core offering and break into the U.S. market. You will win the vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution for HiBob's Time Off product.
- Define and prioritize the product roadmap, balancing customer needs, business priorities, and long-term strategic vision.
- Partner closely with engineering from ideation, scope hygiene, intellectual honesty under pressure.Β
- Partner closely with customers to understand workforce management, compliance, payroll, and employee experience challenges, translating complex problems into intuitive product solutions.
- Work cross-functionally with Payroll, Customer Success, Sales, and other product teams to deliver seamless end-to-end workforce management experiences.
- Leverage AI throughout the product lifecycleβfrom product discovery and prototyping to embedding intelligent capabilities into the customer experience.
- Define success metrics, measure product outcomes, and continuously iterate based on customer feedback and data.
- Champion customer needs while influencing product direction across the organization.
- Report to Product Lead.
