β Develop a product vision & strategy for our RMN product suite to provide retailers and
their customers with the best possible in-store experience
β Collaborate with leadership to define and execute a product roadmap for our RMN
products
β Partner with our customers to understand their needs and problems and scope,
deliver, and iterate on solutions to help them meet their goals
β Work closely with engineering and outside vendors to build and enhance our RMN
products, managing technical requirements, setting timelines, and ensuring high-quality
execution.
β Partner with internal cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Marketing) to ensure
our solutions are meeting the needs of our customers.
β Lead go-to-market strategy for new offerings within our RMN product suite, ensuring
smooth implementation and adoption across our customers.
β Monitor product usage and impact, using data-driven insights to refine and evolve our
solutions.
Qualifications
β Bachelorβs degree in a relevant field (e.g. engineering, computer science, operations
etc.)
β 6-8 years of experience in product management, preferably in advertising technology,
digital-out-of-home (DOOH), or retail media
β Strong technical acumen, with the ability to understand software systems, API
integrations, and data modeling.
β Customer-oriented mindset, with a deep empathy for end-users and passion for
solving problems
β Excellent communication skills, with the ability to distill complex discussions, write
succinct product specs, and present to senior stakeholders.
β Ability to balance short-term wins with long-term product vision
β Self-starter with a team player attitude, thriving in a fast-paced and collaborative
environment.
Preferred Qualifications
β Experience with retail media tech stacks, including order management systems,
point of sale data management systems, customer relationship management systems,
and online RMN offerings
β Familiarity with the advertising data ecosystem, including data marketplaces, data
providers, and measurement and attribution solutions

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidateβs actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employeeβs eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
