We are seeking a tenured Senior Product Manager - Technical with a successful history of delivering high-impact, multi-organizational, and multi-year initiatives. This role is critical for driving the Amazon Haul shopping experience.

β’ Develop and communicate a compelling product vision, strategy and business impact.
β’ Deeply understand the technology that underpins our CX.
β’ Collaborate closely with your immediate engineering partners and partner teams to support the long term technology strategy.
β’ Work closely with business, operations, sales & marketing and finance teams to understand friction points and opportunities. Collaborate with engineering counterparts on the roadmap to address gaps, identify dependencies and clear blockers, balancing impact vs. engineering cost.
β’ Champion the ideal end-to-end experience for your customers.
β’ Leverage data and define the success metrics for features or services to track performance, deep-dive on issues and uncover trends and patterns.
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
- Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
