Description

As a core member of the product team, you’ll define and prioritize features, partner closely with engineering and UX, and work with customers and field teams to translate real-world needs into impactful product capabilities. The ideal candidate has experience in product management, a strong understanding of analytics and BI tools, and a passion for building data and AI-driven applications. You should be comfortable working cross-functionally, communicating clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and advocating for the customer throughout the product lifecycle.

  • Define and drive the product roadmap for AI-powered experiences in Oracle Analytics, focusing on intelligent insights, natural language interaction, automation, and usability.
  • Translate AI innovations into practical product requirements that enhance trust, transparency, and performance across analytics workflows.
  • Build AI features that enable natural language interaction for exploring data, generating insights, and automatically creating dashboards.
  • Drive the development of AI agents that assist users in data exploration, workflow automation, and decision-making within Oracle Analytics.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and data science teams to design and deliver AI-driven features that enrich the analytics experience.
  • Engage with customers, partners, and field teams to understand AI-related use cases, validate business impact, and ensure that solutions deliver measurable value.
  • Analyze product usage data and adoption patterns to prioritize enhancements and ensure AI features drive meaningful business outcomes.
  • Work with Oracle’s broader ecosystem including Fusion Applications, OCI AI Services, and Database capabilities to deliver seamless AI integrations.
  • Educate and influence stakeholders across Oracle to adopt AI-driven strategies, ensuring alignment in development and responsible AI practices.
  • Represent Oracle Analytics as a thought leader on AI in customer engagements, technical deep dives, industry events, and marketing efforts.
  • Stay ahead of market trends in AI, natural language technologies, and analytics to inform product direction and innovation.
  • Partner with go-to-market teams to ensure readiness, enablement, and effective positioning of AI-powered analytics.
  • Support global collaboration across distributed AI and analytics teams, adapting to flexible work hours when necessary.

  • Proven experience defining product roadmaps, writing clear requirements, and managing complex product lifecycles.
  • Strong ability to translate customer needs and market trends into actionable product priorities.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience aligning diverse teams (engineering, design, field, and leadership).
  • Strategic thinking combined with detail-oriented execution and prioritization.

    Technical Skills

  • Solid understanding of AI concepts, including natural language processing, conversational interfaces, and AI-powered assistants or agents.
  • Experience with analytics platforms, data visualization, and dashboard-building technologies.
  • Familiarity with enterprise software architecture, APIs, and cloud platformsΒ 
  • Ability to work closely with engineering teams to evaluate technical trade-offs, ensure feasibility, and drive delivery of AI features.
  • Understanding of data governance, security, and responsible AI practices.

    Domain Knowledge

  • Knowledge of analytics workflows, including data exploration, reporting, and dashboard creation.
  • Awareness of trends in AI-driven analytics, query interfaces, and automated insights.
  • Familiarity with enterprise business applications and how analytics integrates with them.

    Soft Skills

  • Strong customer empathy with the ability to translate feedback into impactful features.
  • Excellent communication skills both technical and non-technical, for engaging with customers, sales, and leadership.
  • Comfort representing products externally in customer meetings, demos, and industry events.
  • Adaptability to work with global teams across time zones.

  • 8+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, or enterprise software, with a strong focus on analytics and large-scale applications
  • Hands-on experience with modern BI and analytics tools (e.g., Oracle Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Qlik)
  • Familiarity with building or designing data-driven applications, dashboards, and reporting tools
  • Strong understanding of applied AI/ML concepts and their role in enhancing analytics products and user experiences
  • Proven ability to gather customer requirements and translate them into clear, actionable product plans
  • Demonstrated success working cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to clearly articulate product vision, technical concepts, and decisions to diverse audiences
  • Experience or familiarity with Oracle Fusion Applications (FA), Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is a plus
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, distributed environmentΒ

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $92,900 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
