As a Senior Product Manager, you'll own the roadmap and business strategy for core platforms that empower fundraising teams across the education and nonprofit space. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to ensure that every product decision drives meaningful customer value and measurable business growth. Accountabilities:

  • Define and execute the product strategy across multiple platforms, including advancement intelligence, donor engagement, and mobile fundraising tools.
  • Lead discovery efforts by conducting user interviews, market research, and competitive analysis to inform product vision and prioritization.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to develop compelling go-to-market strategies, pricing, and packaging plans that drive revenue and adoption.
  • Work cross-functionally to manage the full product lifecycleβ€”from ideation through launch and post-launch iterationβ€”aligning stakeholders at every step.
  • Monitor key performance metrics (e.g., ARR, engagement, churn) and make data-informed decisions to optimize outcomes and product-market fit.
  • Ensure features meet the needs of diverse users while contributing to broader business goals like scalability, profitability, and customer retention.


Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in SaaS product management, with a strong track record of shipping successful, data-informed solutions.
  • Proven ability to align product initiatives with strategic business objectives, especially around revenue growth and user engagement.
  • Strong understanding of technical product components such as data pipelines, admin workflows, or AI/ML-powered features.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels of an organization.
  • Skilled in customer-centric frameworks like Jobs-to-be-Done (JTBD), persona development, and market analysis.
  • Strategic thinker with an executive mindsetβ€”capable of making decisions that impact pricing, go-to-market, and long-term product vision.
  • Experience in fundraising, education, or nonprofit sectors is a plus but not required.
