THE MISSION: Product management in the AI era

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager who will be responsible for driving the success of key components of our next-generation learning platform. This is a high impact individual contributor role, working closely with other product managers, product design, and development to create experiences our customers love that drive measurable impact for the business.

WHAT YOUโ€™LL DO (The Impact)

  • Lead end-to-end product delivery: Own discovery through design, development, and measurement of post-launch success criteria.
  • Prototype with AI: Leverage AI-assisted tools to rapidly prototype concepts, accelerate feedback loops, and reduce time from idea to validated solution.
  • Drive pre-development estimation: Lead exercises that inform business trade-off discussions and scope conversations.
  • Lead customer & market research: Conduct discovery sessions and market research specific to your product areas.
  • Define requirements: Translate business and functional requirements into clear, actionable user stories for development teams.
  • Communicate progress: Provide regular product updates and roadmap progress to stakeholders across the organization.
  • Own prioritization: Balance stakeholder needs, business value, and level of effort to make clear, defensible calls on what gets built and when.
  • Define & track metrics: Establish and monitor key product metrics within your product area.
  • Build trusted relationships: Collaborate across leadership, engineering, and customer success to drive alignment.
  • Champion continuous improvement: Guide process improvements within your development teams and across the product organization.

WHO YOU ARE

Youโ€™re a seasoned product leader who combines sharp instincts with a data-driven approach, and youโ€™re energized by ambiguity. You know how to say no โ€” and how to back it up.

  • Product Lifecycle Owner: At least 10 years of experience in a software Product Manager role with proven end-to-end ownership from discovery through delivery.
  • AI-First Mindset: Youโ€™ve brought a successful AI product or feature to market and have a deep understanding of current AI tools and how to leverage them effectively in your daily PM work.
  • Technical Foundation: Strong technical background with proven ability to work successfully with engineering teams. Comfortable reading and writing SQL queries.
  • Data-Driven Decision Maker: Strong analytical skills with experience using ETL processes and data warehousing tools such as Snowflake.
  • Compelling Communicator: Excellent presentation skills โ€” you tell a clear story, explain tradeoffs confidently, and drive consensus with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Customer-Centric Researcher: Proven track record of conducting customer research and discovery and making successful product bets based on your findings.
  • Prioritization Pro: You know when to say no and can defend your decisions in a respectful, data-driven manner.
  • Agile Practitioner: Experience working within Agile software development teams.
  • Organized & Adaptive: Excellent time management skills, ability to self-manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, and an ability to thrive in ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
  • Tooling Proficiency: Proficient in Google Suite, Atlassian products, Claude.
