We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution for platform and infrastructure products in a high-performance, AI-driven enterprise environment. In this role, you will shape the roadmap for storage, networking, and high-performance computing solutions that power demanding workloads across distributed systems. You will collaborate with engineering, UX, sales, and support teams to ensure features meet performance, resiliency, and usability standards. This role is ideal for someone with deep expertise in storage systems, NVMe technologies, and RDMA networking, who thrives on translating technical insights into impactful product decisions that benefit both customers and internal stakeholders.

Accountabilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap for platform and infrastructure offerings aligned with market demands and company objectives.
  • Define and prioritize network- and drive-based features, including NVMe, high availability, RDMA, drive health, and data protection schemes.
  • Collaborate with engineering and R&D teams to address performance concerns, conduct technical analyses, and ensure robust hardware-software integration.
  • Build and maintain complementary tools for sizing, pricing, and capacity planning to support product adoption and customer success.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams across geographies to ensure product alignment, seamless feature integration, and consistent delivery.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, standards, and emerging technologies in storage, networking, and distributed computing to inform roadmap decisions.
  • Foster a collaborative, innovative environment, promoting open communication and effective teamwork across departments.


Requirements
  • 8–10+ years of progressive product management experience, preferably in storage or infrastructure software.
  • Deep understanding of NVMe and SSD-based storage systems, PCIe architecture, and drive interfaces.
  • Experience with RAID, erasure coding, drive health monitoring, failover, and rebuild processes.
  • Knowledge of RDMA technologies (InfiniBand, RoCE), GPUDirect Storage integration, DPDK, zero-copy data paths, NUMA topology, and CPU affinity optimization.
  • Familiarity with network interface card offloading, DMA operations, and high availability mechanisms.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams and driving strategic initiatives.
  • Excellent technical communication skills for articulating complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to translate strategic goals into actionable product plans and measurable outcomes.
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to influence and align internal teams on feature priorities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (advanced degree preferred).
