This team is responsible for building seamless, personalized, and innovative digital commerce experiences and capabilities for all our online customers. \\nThis is a technical role that links between business, design, and engineering to bring to life incredible products for our customers.
This role will develop product strategies, identify opportunities, and design solutions that set the standard for a personalized digital retail experience that upholds Appleβs privacy values. You will lead a cross-functional team including business, marketing, design, data science, and engineering to deliver on the strategies that you create.
Develop multi-year strategies, roadmaps, and plans to achieve business objectives.\\nDrive product discovery, requirements, and delivery of new capabilities.\\nCommunicate ideas, plans, and program status to senior partners and executives.\\nContribute to an inclusive environment through respecting each others" differences and having the curiosity to learn.
7+ years Product Management experience driving e-commerce or consumer digital experiences in a revenue-driven organization.\\nProficient in web technologies, large-scale service architectures, and app platforms.\\nExperience leveraging data and insights to deliver customer-facing digital products and capabilities globally.\\nBA/BS in Computer Science or a technical degree, or 10+ years of relevant professional experience.
Experience designing and delivering personalized experiences, including incorporating the latest generative AI capabilities and user experience standards.\\nFamiliarity with Apple OS frameworks, AI toolkits, and Human Interface Guidelines.\\nAbility to lead significant digital transformations, including adopting new technology platforms and defining operational processes.\\nPossess strong technical skills with the ability to dive into architecture and designs in order to partner with solution architects and engineering teams.\\nCapable of moving from high-level conceptual ideas to detailed, systematically organized plans and implementations.\\nProven ability to translate complex information into concise, and compelling narratives appropriate for different stakeholders, fostering alignment across all organizational levels.
