As a Senior Product Manager focused on Partnerships, you will drive the strategy and execution of integrations with key technology partners, including ISVs and major cloud providers. This role blends technical expertise with customer empathy to define, prioritize, and deliver solutions that enhance partner and user experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams globally, influence product roadmap decisions, and ensure partner-driven initiatives align with business objectives. You will leverage data, customer insights, and market trends to inform decisions and measure success. The role offers a unique opportunity to shape cloud engineering solutions that empower developers and infrastructure teams worldwide.
Accountabilities
- Define and execute the product roadmap for strategic partnerships, balancing technical engagement and go-to-market priorities.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, UX design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to deliver impactful partner integrations.
- Serve as the voice of the customer, gathering feedback and translating needs into actionable product requirements.
- Track feature adoption, define success metrics, and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Partner with leadership to align strategic initiatives with broader organizational goals and drive cross-functional execution.
- Support communication with partners, internal stakeholders, and the wider community to ensure successful feature adoption and engagement.
Requirements - 5+ years of experience in product management, program management, engineering, or equivalent technical roles.
- Strong technical acumen with a track record of delivering elegant solutions to complex and ambiguous problems.
- Proven ability to work in collaborative, inclusive, and globally distributed teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interfacing with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud platforms, developer tooling, or SaaS products is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with enterprise software, subscription services, user management (SCIM, SAML, SSO), and AI technologies is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data, derive insights, and drive product decisions that deliver value to customers.
Benefits - Competitive base salary range: $180,500 to $227,850 USD, plus bonus or variable compensation and equity options.
