Who We’re Looking For:

As a key member of the Global Marketing team, the Senior Product ManagerΒ will support a positive customer experience by developing and defining the global product strategy and roadmap, as well as executing on all marketing activities for the OB product portfolio. Β

About the Role:

  • Lead planning and initiate market preparation for product launches, including positioning, messaging, segmentation, targeting, and development of physician and patient support tools and promotional programs.
  • Define the global strategy for the product portfolio, which encompasses value proposition, product messaging, and pricing strategies; monitor post-launch metrics with full ownership for campaign success.
  • Develop marketing support materials including product images, sales aids, economic models, and digital ads to be leveraged by the US and regional teams.
  • Partner with international marketing counterparts to align on overall strategy, product messaging, conference strategy, product promotion, and tactical execution for the OB portfolio.Β  Share best practices across marketing teams, gather customer insights and improve marketing execution.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, public relations, or communication.
  • Minimum of 8 years of related experience in medical device is required.
  • Ability to analyze market data and understand market trends.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, the ability to influence others, and ability to effectively communicate marketing plans and strategy.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Marketing experience within OB strongly valued as is engagement experience with physicians and healthcare providers.
