Product Manager

Onsite (3-4 days a week)
Duration: 12 months
Rate Range: Up to$92.5/hr on W2 depending on experience (no C2C or 1099 or sub-contract)
Work Authorization: GC, USC, All valid EADs except OPT, CPT, H1B

Must Have:

  • 5+ years of product management experience
  • Experience with media supply chain, publishing workflows, or complex enterprise systems
  • Understanding of title management, content planning, and digital asset management
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle EBS experience is a plus)
  • Experience working with complex workflows and automation-heavy environments
  • Strong user story and requirement documentation skills
  • Comfort with technical discussions involving APIs, messaging queues, microservices, and cloud storage
  • Agile methodology experience, including story grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives
  • Tools: Jira, Confluence

Responsibilities:

  • Drive modernization efforts for key areas within the digital and physical supply chain, including title management and planning systems
  • Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, QA, design, infrastructure) and stakeholders (operators, planners, partners) to define product requirements and deliverables
  • Analyze existing systems and identify opportunities for increased automation, scalability, and operational efficiency
  • Define, prioritize, and manage the product backlog to ensure transparent and aligned development priorities
  • Lead solution discovery and support the creation of MVPs to validate concepts
  • Write and maintain detailed product documentation including user stories, acceptance criteria, UAT scripts, and training materials
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and help drive an iterative delivery culture
  • Coordinate major product releases and ensure stakeholder alignment across departments
  • Work with both internal and external project partners to support ongoing initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field
  • 5+ years of experience in product management roles, with at least 2–3 years focused on complex systems or media/publishing supply chain
  • Strong communication and analytical skills with a detail-oriented mindset
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced, startup-like environment
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity and solving problems in high-complexity environments
  • Ability to understand architectural concepts and communicate effectively with engineers
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners/distributors
