This is a high-impact role responsible for shaping a platform that directly influences growth outcomes, operational productivity, and customer experience β while meeting GEICOβs standards for reliability, security, compliance, and scale.Β

Own the product strategy and roadmap for GEICOβs Sales Enablement Platform, spanning both consumer and enterprise workflows.Β
Translate businessΒ objectivesΒ into scalable platform capabilities that improve conversion, operational efficiency, and revenue performance.Β
Balance short-term delivery with long-term architectural investments.Β
Consumer Lead ManagementΒ
Lead product strategy for consumer-facing lead experiencesΒ Β
Drive measurable improvements in lead quality, response times, and conversion rates.Β
Enterprise Sales EnablementΒ
Own enterprise platform capabilities that support internal sales teamsΒ
Enable sales teams to increase efficiency, effectiveness, and predictability in achieving business targets.Β
Platform Excellence & ReliabilityΒ
Own platform KPIsΒ Β
Ensure the platform meets GEICOβs standards for enterprise reliability and governance.Β
Cross-Functional LeadershipΒ
Collaborate closely with engineering, data, design, marketing, sales operations, analytics, security, legal, and compliance teams.Β
Drive alignment on problem definition, success metrics, roadmap sequencing, and delivery execution.Β

Basic QualificationsΒ
7+ years of product management experience, withΒ significant ownership in consumer and enterprise lead managementΒ products.Β Β
Strong quantitative background.Β
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Β
Bachelorβs degree or equivalent practical experience.Β

Annual Salary
$140,425.00 - $229,600.00The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidateβs work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
