NCQA is seeking a results-driven Senior Product Manager to lead the development, enhancement and go-to-market of key products within our Evaluation portfolio. This individual will be fully accountable for the success of assigned products β from conception through go-to-market and ongoing lifecycle management.Β The Senior Product Manager will serve as a key owner ensuring that their product initiatives are aligned with organizational goals, customer needs, and regulatory requirements.Β Β

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and hands-on producer who knows how to quickly bring products to market in a cross-functional environment. They will be expected to proactively drive market research, define product roadmaps, and build and maintain robust business cases.Β Β

This role will lead the consensus-building efforts across internal and external stakeholders β including providers, payers, and regulatory bodies β and will be responsible for managing the entire product approval process, including public comment, committee deliberations, leadership buy-in and approvals, and Board approvals. As the subject matter expert, the Senior Product Manager represents NCQA at industry events speaking on the value of the product, the content, and how to be successful.Β
