This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys owning products from concept through delivery, thrives in fast-paced startup environments, and is equally comfortable discussing technical trade-offs with engineers as they are understanding customer needs.
What You'll Do
Own product initiatives throughout the full product lifecycle, from discovery and planning through launch and continuous improvement.
Collaborate directly with customers and internal stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into clear product requirements.
Partner closely with software engineers to evaluate technical solutions, prioritize initiatives, and make informed product decisions.
Create detailed product documentation, including user stories, functional specifications, workflows, edge cases, and acceptance criteria.
Drive product discovery, feature prioritization, roadmap planning, and execution.
Analyze customer feedback, product performance, and market insights to identify opportunities for enhancement.
Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and leadership to deliver intuitive, high-quality enterprise software.
Balance business objectives, customer needs, technical feasibility, and user experience throughout the product development process.
Help establish scalable product processes while contributing to long-term product strategy.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.

Proven ability to lead products through the full software development lifecycle.
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams.
Experience writing detailed product requirements and technical documentation.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous software engineering or other hands-on technical experience.
Experience building software for financial services, business operations, workflow automation, or other complex enterprise environments.
Familiarity with transaction-based platforms, operational workflows, or regulated business systems.
Experience collaborating directly with enterprise customers to define product requirements.
Experience working at an early-stage or rapidly scaling technology company.
Strong understanding of enterprise user experience and operational software design.
What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is an execution-focused Product Manager who enjoys solving complex problems, collaborating closely with engineering, and delivering thoughtful solutions for business users. You're detail-oriented, technically curious, and comfortable taking ownership in an environment where you'll have significant influence over both the product and the way it's built.
Successful candidates will demonstrate:
Strong product execution skills with exceptional attention to detail.
The ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Excellent product judgment and a passion for creating intuitive user experiences.
An ownership mindset with a bias toward action and continuous improvement.
Confidence making thoughtful decisions in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
A collaborative approach and a genuine enthusiasm for building great products as part of a small, high-performing team.
