Role Overview:

As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Senior Product Manager to help build and evolve our career site solutions that drive the recruitment experience. We are seeking a Senior Product ManagerΒ with expertise inΒ career site solutionsΒ to lead the design, development, and implementation of our recruitment platform features. This position is ideal for candidates with a background in product management, ideally from consulting roles, who can quickly adapt to new domains and deliver innovative solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create high-impact, user-centric products that enhance our clients' career sites and improve the candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Solution Design & Execution:
  • Lead the design and development of career site features, ensuring they align with customer needs and deliver a seamless user experience.
  • Define product requirements, prioritize features, and manage product roadmaps to ensure timely and successful launches.
  • Work with engineering, design, and customer success teams to ensure smooth implementation and optimization.
2. Business Impact & Market Analysis:
  • ConductΒ ROI analysisΒ to assess the potential business value of new features and enhancements.
  • Perform market research to understand trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings to inform product strategy.
  • Ensure the product meets key business objectives while addressing user pain points and driving client satisfaction.
3. Product Strategy & Optimization:
  • Focus on continuous product optimization and scalability, ensuring our solutions are adaptable to evolving market needs.
  • Use data and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar) to monitor product performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize existing features and prioritize new development based on customer feedback and market trends.
4. Professional Expertise in Career Site Solutions:
  • Leverage your deep understanding of career site platforms, integrations with ATS systems, and recruitment technology to guide product decisions.
  • Stay current on emerging trends in recruitment technology to ensure our product offering remains competitive and innovative.
Professional Requirements:
  • Experience:Β 5+ years of product management experience, ideally with a background in consulting or working with client-facing solutions. Experience with career site platforms, ATS integrations, or recruitment marketing tools is a plus.
  • Solution Design Skills:Β Strong ability to understand complex customer needs, translate them into actionable product features, and drive solution development.
  • Adaptability:Β Quick to learn new domains and technologies, with the ability to think critically and deliver effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical Mindset:Β Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills to assess product performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Communication:Β Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Location: This role will be fully on-site and based in our either Mountain View, CA or Irving, Texas office.Β 

The base salary ranges from $90,000 to $200,000 plus year end bonus and equity for this position. Considering parity with current team members, current market statistics, and applicable experience, knowledge, and skills presented during the interview will determine where a successful candidate's salary will fall within that range.
