WHO WILL SHINE IN THIS ROLE
Are you looking for an opportunity to shape the future of product development and make a meaningful impact as PCI transitions to an AI-native environment? PCI is seeking a Senior Product Manager who is strategic, customer-focused, and results-driven, and excited to lead product vision, roadmap, delivery and outcomes while connecting business strategy, operations, user needs, and technology.
This is an exciting opportunity to help define how products are built at PCI, drive innovation as we build AI-native workflows, and influence the future of Product Management within the organization. You'll play a key role in delivering business value, accelerating product outcomes, and helping create the next generation of product development practices.
WHAT YOUβLL DO
Product Leadership & Ownership
- Leads the product team in defining and delivering core products, fixes, and enhancements throughout the product lifecycle, while facilitating development process workflow within the value stream area.
- Facilitates the creation and ongoing evolution of the product vision; develops the roadmap and builds alignment with internal and external partners.
- Defines success objectives, key results, and targets; ensures proper prioritization of product-related work; and provides regular updates on progress metrics.
- Manages constraints of time, resources, and budget within the product and roadmap.
- Coordinates cross-functional and cross-team deliverables; acts as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding across the organization.
Market, User, & Stakeholder Work
- Collaborates with stakeholders and users to determine product needs, opportunities, risks, and positioning, conducting market and user research.
- Leads communication and execution of new product and feature launches as well as product changes, roll outs, user impacts, training, documentation, and feedback loops.
AI-Native Product Practice
- Directs AI tools and workflows with judgment and intent, prompting, iterating on working output, and evaluating results with appropriate calibration.
- Designs and maintains context infrastructure, including system prompts, documentation frameworks, and project-level resources that make AI consistently useful across the teamβs work.
- Embeds governed autonomy into AI workflows, designing compliance guardrails related to fair lending, regulatory requirements, explainability, and data privacy structurally into the work rather than as end-of-process review.
- Compresses product cycle time deliberately, optimizing for learning speed and throughput and treating every product artifact as a candidate for iteration and improvement.
- Calibrates trust in AI output by knowing what to verify, catching errors through understanding why they occur, and avoiding both over-reliance and unnecessary resistance.

- Bachelorβs degree or related certification(s) with a minimum of 8+ years of product management or closely related experience.
- Demonstrated experience leading product strategy, roadmap ownership, and cross-functional delivery in a complex environment.
