In this role, you will leverage your expertise in growing and scaling community platforms to develop a new product that connects a global audience. You will lead product strategy, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive initiatives that align with the company’s mission. With a high EQ, strong attention to detail and hands-on execution skills, you will refine the product vision, develop the strategic roadmap, and guide the team through launch and scale. Senior Product Manager (B2C Online Community Platform exp. req.) Responsibilities

•    Define and refine requirements in collaboration with stakeholders
•    Develop the strategic roadmap from concept to launch
•    Execute the project, ensuring deadlines are adhered to
•    Establish key success metrics and leverage data-driven insights to support recommendations
•    Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high quality work on time
•    Oversee vendors and manage technical integrations
•    Align community needs with business goals to drive engagement and growth
•    Foster collaboration across departments to ensure alignment and efficiency
•    Ensure product vision consensus
•    Oversee development progress
•    Ensure team and project is on pace to hit deadlines; provide status updates
•    Support user research and testing; enhance product experience
•    Ensure a seamless web & mobile experiences
•    Track and analyze KPIs for community growth, engagement, and retention

Senior Product Manager (B2C Online Community Platform exp. req.) Qualifications

•    5+ years of product management experience required
•    B2C online community platform experience required
•    Experience developing/scaling an online community platform for 1k+ users required
