What isΒ VirtuoxΒ
VirtuoxΒ is an Independent Diagnostic Testing Facility (IDTF) and a ResMed company. We test patients for sleep apnea, cardiac arrhythmia, and hypoxemia,Β all from the comfort of their home. A physician orders a test, we ship a device directly to the patient, they complete the study, we interpret the results, and the report goes back to the ordering provider so they can act.Β
It sounds simple. The operational and clinical complexity behind it is not.Β
We run this across multiple test types, each with its own workflow, device, clinical protocol, and regulatory requirements,Β and we're building the technology to make it all faster, more automated, and more scalable.Β
Β
The RoleΒ
We're looking for a Senior PM who is equal parts systems thinker and builder. You'll own the core platform that makesΒ VirtuoxΒ run,Β the workflows and automation that power everything from order intake through device fulfillment, interpretation routing, and billing.Β
This isn't a role where you write specs and wait. You'll work closely with engineering in an AI-native development environment, move fast, and help define how a diagnostic platform operates at scale.Β
Β
How We BuildΒ
We develop AI-native. That means AI isn't just in our product, it's embedded in how we design, build, and ship. We move from idea to working software quickly, and we expect our PMs to be curious and capable in that environment.Β
Experience working with AI tools, whether at work or through your own exploration matters here.Β
What You'll OwnΒ
End-to-end diagnostic workflows;Β order intake, insurance eligibility, device fulfillment, billing and denial managementΒ
Automation depth across theΒ platform; reducingΒ manual effort and human dependency in the critical pathΒ
Exception handling and observability infrastructureΒ
The roadmap that balances foundational investment with delivery velocityΒ
Β
What You'll DoΒ
Define and maintain the platform roadmap with clear prioritization and tradeoff logicΒ
Partner with engineering to ship reliable, scalable solutions across multiple test typesΒ
Drive automation that reduces cost per study, cycle time, and manual touchesΒ
Establish metrics that tell you whether the system isΒ actually healthyΒ
Work cross-functionally with clinical, operations, and compliance stakeholdersΒ
Identify where AI meaningfully improves how the platform operates,Β and help make it happenΒ
What Success Looks LikeΒ
Workflows are automated, observable, and reliable across all test modalitiesΒ
Engineering has what they need to move fast without reinventing the wheelΒ
The platform scales volume without scaling manual effortΒ
Measurable reduction in cost per study, cycle time, and denial rateΒ
What We're Looking ForΒ
3-5+ years ofΒ productΒ managementΒ experienceΒ
Proven track record ofΒ owningΒ and shipping aΒ productΒ while working closelyΒ with engineering teamsΒ
Demonstrate ability to manage complex stakeholder environments with competing prioritiesΒ
Comfort with ambiguity and complex cross-team dependenciesΒ
Hands-on experience with AI tools,Β at work or on your own timeΒ
Healthcare, diagnostics, or regulated environment experience is a plusΒ
