We are seeking an exceptionalΒ Senior Product ManagerΒ to lead our AI and Analytics product initiatives. This strategic role will drive the development of next-generation capabilities thatΒ leverageΒ artificial intelligence and advanced analytics to deliver measurable value for our healthcare customers.Β

IdentifyΒ and prioritize opportunities to apply AI and machine learning to healthcare workflow challengesΒ

Develop rigorous business cases including financial analysis, market sizing, and competitive assessmentΒ
Create ROI models and value propositions that resonate with healthcare executives and procurement teamsΒ

Monitor product performance and iterate based on usage data and customer feedbackΒ
Drive cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teamsΒ
Customer Research & ValidationΒ
Conduct customer discovery to understand pain points, workflows, and unmet needsΒ
Lead user research activities including interviews, surveys, and usability testingΒ
Develop and execute pilot programs toΒ validateΒ product concepts with early adopter customersΒ
Synthesize customer feedback into actionable insights whileΒ maintainingΒ strategic product directionΒ
Build strong relationships with key customers and serve as a trusted advisor on AI and analytics topicsΒ
What YouΒ Bring:β―Β
Bachelor's degree inΒ Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related fieldΒ (MBA or advanced degree in a technical fieldΒ preferred) andΒ 7+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise softwareΒ
Demonstrated experience building AI/ML-powered products or analytics platforms from concept through launchΒ
Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), natural language processing, or conversational AIΒ
Strong technical foundation with understanding of modern AI/ML technologies, data platforms, and analytics toolsΒ
Understanding of AI safety, ethics, and responsible AI practicesΒ
Proven ability to create compelling business cases with rigorous financial analysisΒ
Track recordΒ of successful product launches that delivered measurable business resultsΒ
Excellent customer discovery and user research skillsΒ
Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levelsΒ
Familiarity with data analytics platforms and business intelligence toolsΒ
PreviousΒ experience launching 0-to-1 products or new product categoriesΒ Β
Strong preference for hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) and comfort using them to prototype, explore technical concepts, and accelerate product workΒ
Experience in private equity-backed or high-growth SaaS companiesΒ
Healthcare industry experience, particularly with clinical workflows or enterprise healthcare software, along with knowledge of healthcare data standards, interoperability, and regulatory requirements is preferredΒ
