We are hiring a Senior Product Manager with proven SaaS product leadership. This is a SaaS-only role - applicants must have built, scaled, and measured outcomes for a multi-tenant, subscription or usage-based cloud product. You will own the vision, roadmap, and delivery for our core Accounts Receivable & Collections product area (invoicing, dunning/workflows, payment posting, dispute handling, and reporting/analytics) and drive measurable SaaS outcomes (MRR/ARR growth, churn reduction, activation, expansion).
Note: Applicants without prior product management experience at a SaaS company will not be considered.

What You'll Own
- Set the product vision and multi-quarter roadmap for AR & Collections focused on SMB customers, balancing short-term delivery with strategic platform investments.
- Own end-to-end product lifecycle outcomes: onboarding → adoption → retention → expansion for a subscription/usage product.
- Design and optimize core workflows (invoicing automation, auto-reminders, payment posting, collections queues, escalation rules, dispute resolution).
- Define and improve SaaS metrics: MRR, ARR, Gross & Net Churn, Activation Rate, NRR, ARPU, and time-to-value. Instrument product and reports to measure these.
- Translate customer and market needs into crisp user stories, acceptance criteria, and usable product experiences tailored to SMBs.
- Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, design, data, customer success, sales) to ship high-quality releases on a tight cadence.
- Build internal and external product enablement: release notes, customer-facing docs, sales collateral, ROI calculators, and demos.
- Partner with Data/Analytics to build dashboards (internal + embedded) that surface DSO, dispute trends, and payment adoption for customers and internal stakeholders.
- Prioritize work based on impact to SaaS KPIs and ROI; defend trade-offs with data and customer evidence.
Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)
- 5+ years of product management experience at a SaaS company (required).
- Direct experience shipping and operating subscription/usage-based financial or billing features (invoicing, payment posting, dunning, collections workflows) in a cloud, multi-tenant environment.
- Demonstrated ownership of SaaS outcomes: examples of improving MRR/ARR, reducing churn, increasing activation/adoption, or driving expansion. Include metrics in your application.
- Strong quantitative skills - comfortable querying product/usage data (SQL) and defining A/B tests and funnels to validate hypotheses.
- Experience defining and instrumenting product KPIs and building dashboards for product & commercial teams.
- Hands-on with integrations common to AR systems (payment processors, ACH/credit card rails, ERP/QuickBooks/NetSuite) and an appreciation for API-first design.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional Agile teams, ship iteratively, and operate effectively at a fast scale-up pace.
- Excellent communication: can clearly present strategy to execs and translate technical tradeoffs to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, CS, or related field (MBA a plus).
Preferred (Nice to Have)
- Prior experience building SMB-focused financial products or working directly with SMB customers.
- Familiar with embedded analytics tools (Looker, Tableau, Metabase) or product analytics (Amplitude, Mixpanel).
- Experience working in high-growth/scale-up startups and shaping product processes from the ground up.
- Background in payments rails, reconciliation, or accounts receivable domain expertise.
