The Engineering, Product and Design (EPD) Team at Euclid is a cross-functional, collaborative group of 19 Engineers, Designers and Product Managers. Weβre currently split into two pods (or focus areas). We purposefully act as one team rather than hiring for specialized roles or specific pods. We value having teammates who are flexible and excited to work on different product surface areas as our product and business evolves over time.
As a Senior Product Manager, you'll collaborate closely with engineering, design, ops, and our end users to identify the most important problems to solve, frame them, and drive outcomes. By diving deep to understand our userβs workflows, youβll turn hard, ambiguous problems into simple, easy to use features. You'll work directly with our customers (both small and large developers and financial institutions) and services team to identify pain points and ship features that will accelerate clean energy development.
Euclid is a remote-first company with offices in Portland, NYC, and SF. This role is open to individuals based in the United States.
Product strategy & execution: Engage with the leadership team to steer strategy. Define and ship features that enhance our platform.
User research & experimentation: Proactively gather feedback from our renewable energy professionals, design, engineering, and go-to-market teams. Translate insights into pragmatic features and improvements.
Stakeholder management: Manage stakeholders across all areas of the business to gather expertise and get buy-in.
Collaboration: Partner with engineering and design to define product roadmaps that reflect the priorities of the business and maximize customer value.
Build domain expertise: Become a renewable energy expert by working with Euclidβs team and customers who are actively executing on over 1GW of renewable energy projects. Become a trusted advisor both internally and externally.
5+ years of product management experience at a web-based software company, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment (series A to growth).
Track record of shipping enterprise software or building features for niche specializations or fields.
Curiosity and common sense - ask the right questions, cut through ambiguity, and structure simple solutions from messy problems.
Flexibility and openness - adapt quickly, stay open to new approaches, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
Empathy for users and teammates - understand diverse perspectives, build strong cross-functional relationships, and create products people actually want to use.
Familiarity with AI - experience using, and ideally building, products that leverage AI; bonus points if youβve applied it to automate workflows.
Passion for user research, experimentation, and building best practices into our workflows.

The starting base salary for this role is between $160,000 and $190,000. Employees also receive equity in the form of options and benefits coverage.
