Position: Senior Product Manager
Job Location: 1375 Crossman Avenue, Sunnyvale, CA 94089
Duties: Design and develop cutting-edge API tools and Software Development Kits (SDKs) and ensure seamless workflows and robust developer solutions. Oversee the entire API lifecycle, from initial release to the retirement of outdated versions. Collaborate closely with system integrators and external vendors to implement crucial workflows over RESTful API interfaces and Webhooks to solve specific partner requirements and challenges. Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Engineering, Operations, and Product to address and fulfill customer needs. Gather and analyze feedback from partners and stakeholders to refine and enhance partner-centric workflows continually. Develop and enable API analytics dashboards to know Adoption, Usage, and Retention. Scale and secure third-party developer connections through industry standard Authz, Authn, and OAuth 2.0 registration flows. Develop product requirements to enhance API Sandbox Platform, Developer Analytics, and Root Cause Analytics focused on app integrations and developer tools. This position does not supervise employees.
Minimum education and experience required: Masterβs degree or the equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering (Any), Business Administration, Mathematical Science, or related area and 3 years of post-bachelorβs progressively responsible experience in product management; OR Bachelorβs degree or the equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering (Any), Business Administration, Mathematical Science, or related area and 5 years of post-bachelorβs progressively responsible experience in product management.
Skills required: Experience developing API tools, Software Development Kits (SDKs), and streamlining workflows to facilitate effective API adoptions and API lifecycle management. Experience with API Lifecycle Management, including the release of updates, driving adoption, and the phased retirement of legacy versions. Experience with analytics tools, including Looker, Mixpanel, and Tableau. Experience with systems integrators and the implementation of workflows over RESTful APIs and Webhooks. Experience gathering feedback to improve User Experience and workflows with Miro and Figma. Experience understanding product issues, usage, and adoption with API monitoring tools: Kibana and Splunk. Experience address customer needs by collaborating with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Business, Operations, and Product. Experience improving API governance and documentation using the following API tools and platforms: Postman, Redocly, ReadMe.io, and SwaggerHub. Experience building Root Cause Analytics, API dashboards, and API Sandboxes to drive developer adoption and improve API success rates. Experience building partner API applications for scaled eCommerce marketplaces. Experience with delegated and OAuth 2.0 App registration flows to build industry-standard registration services, developer Onboarding Services, and APIs addressing partner needs. Salary Range: $179,421/year to $234,000/year. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.β―Β
