Description

Oracle Health Interoperability is facilitation flow of patient data across provider, vendor, geographical, and technological boundaries with interoperable systems. Join this team to lead this transformation and lead and drive products that help healthcare providers.

  • You oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle from defining the strategy and developing the customer pipeline to launching products and features.Β 
  • You drive the product roadmap and innovation by gathering, analyzing, and prioritizing inputs from our field team, customers, partners, and analysts.
  • You partner with engineering to define and deliver products and features that help customers develop modern applications.
  • You create compelling product messaging and content that clearly communications the value proposition to both internal sales teams and external customers.
  • You work with a diverse set of stakeholders to define, build, operate, and grow our cloud-native services businessΒ 
  • You interact with executive management to influence our product portfolio.

Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s in computer science, engineering, math, or healthcare related field
  • 5+ years of product management experienceΒ 
  • Technical understanding of cloud and healthcare systems
  • Ability to identify key customer scenarios and market valueΒ 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient with user interface design
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate and influence product, user experience and engineering service owners
  • Familiarity with healthcare standards

Desired Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or MBA
  • Proven track record for launching entirely new products/services and products/services customer adoption in healthcare.
  • Strong domain knowledge and experience in Interoperability
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver innovation solutions
  • Experience presenting to executive level audience
  • Should have a bias for action and should be willing to take ownership of a problem and solve it to completion.
  • Willingness to deal with ambiguity and see β€œbeyond the curve”

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $74,700 to $178,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position.
