Senior Product Manager – SpecLive Suite

Work Location: Alpharetta, GA 30005, USA

As Senior Product Manager for the SpecLive Suite, you will own strategy and execution across our entire specification‑collaboration platform. You will lead discovery, requirements development, backlog refinement, and implementationβ€”driving new module launches, API integrations, pricing, and GTM planning. You will co-create with Design, Engineering, Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing to scale SpecLive from 1β€―β†’β€―10 and coach junior PMs into future leadership roles.

As a Senior Product Manager in the Collaboration Product Line, you will shape the future of construction technology and collaborative design by creating focused digital tools for specification management, building product manufacturers, and project collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Vision & Roadmap: Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for the SpecLive suite, focusing on Building Product Manufacturers, Sustainability and Building Product Research.

  • Discovery & Validation: Engage deeply with customers, conducting job site visits, interviews, and market research to understand their needs, identify pain points or opportunities and shape product decisions.

  • Drive revenue growth for SpecLive suite by iterating on pricing, packaging, fulfillment, and adoption strategies in collaboration with Sales, Customer Success and Marketing.

  • Continuously maintain, prioritize, and iterate on a coherent product backlog that supports the portfolio strategy and cross-product synergies.

  • Apply Lean UX principles to co-create and rapidly iterate on product discovery, prototypes and feature designs.

  • Develop product artifacts like requirements, specifications, user flows, story maps etc., using Lean and Agile methods.

  • Co-create high-impact workflows across web, mobile and API experiences by co-creating with Design, Engineering, Sales and Customer Success with strong focus on execution and innovation.

  • Define, track, and optimize KPIs, usage data, experiments, and feedback loopsβ€”to continuously improve product performance.

  • Sales Enablement:Β Develop battle cards, demos, pricing and packaging, training, and sales enablement collateral to support sales & customer success teams.

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of the SpecLive suite, ensuring successful GTM launches, customer acquisition, adoption, engagement, and long-term improvements.

  • Uphold and contribute to the RIB Product Lifecycle Management Process.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in B2B SaaS product management, with experience in AEC or related industries.

  • Bachelor’s in Business, Engineering, Architecture, or related field; MBA or MEM preferred.

  • Proven success owning and scaling multi‑module products from 1β†’β€―10

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute pricing, packaging, and go‑to‑market strategies.

  • Experience with Lean UX principles and Agile development processes.

  • Skilled at field research, customer interviews, and translating insights into requirements with relentless focus on the why.

  • Creative, collaborative problem‑solver who thrives in fast‑paced environments, aligns conflicting stakeholder inputs, and drives decisions with a bias for action and clear focus on business value.

  • Organized and detail-oriented professional with strong analytical and interpersonal skills. Experienced in using data to drive decisions, managing stakeholders, and leading cross-functional teams toward shared goals.

Good to have skills:

  • Experience incorporating emerging technologies and AI for ideation, rapid prototyping, product research or design development.

  • Proven people‑management skills, including hiring, mentoring, and developing high‑performing geographically distributedΒ teams

  • Knowledge of and/or experience in construction workflows, classification systems and/or building codes is very highly regarded.

  • Experience developing Enterprise SaaS products is very highly regarded.

  • Exposure to AI/ML for product intelligence or recommendation engines.

  • Scrum Product Owner or equivalent product focused certification is highly regarded.
