As part of the larger Adobe Video organization, weβre passionate about developing groundbreaking video creation and editing experiences across desktop, mobile, and web platforms. What You'll Do
In this pivotal role, you'll help build Adobeβs next-generation mobile video solutions. As the lead for our mobile app strategy, you'll play a critical role in enhancing the current user experience, supporting its continuous evolution, and driving the development of groundbreaking new features. You'll lead day-to-day product management, experiment with new ideas, drive product optimizations, and supervise the integration of innovative frameworks, features, and workflows.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.Β Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
