OCI Infrastructure Capacity Management is currently in need of a Senior Principal Technical Program Manager to join our fast-growing team. The TPM will be responsible for managing complex, cross-organizational programs that impact both product and business for OCI. This role requires a passion for solving high-impact problems through process improvement initiatives and driving continuous improvement in our systems/tools. Additionally, the role is highly visible and will be required to effectively communicate status at an executive level.Β 

Specific responsibilities for this role include:

  1. Drive critical cross-org programs and process improvements related to rack ingestion
  2. Work across various organizations to determine feasibility and timelines
  3. Report on key rack ingestion KPIs weekly
  4. Organize cross-org activities ensuring completion of initiatives on scheduleΒ 
  5. Mentor junior program managers
Basic Qualifications
  • 5-8+ yearsΒ relevant work experience in program/project managementΒ 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain or relevant
  • Able to identify and resolve process, procedure, and tool gaps to improve overall program success
  • Outstanding proactive communication skills: written, verbal, presentations
  • High ownership with a strong bias for action
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with cloud services, networking, or SaaS products
  • Understanding of demand signals, supply chain, and/or capacity delivery is a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to address complex problems considering various technological and business factors
  • Flexibility to shift with business priorities, and unrivaled attention to detail
  • Ability to think broadly and strategically
  • Maturity, judgment, negotiation/influence skills, analytical skills, and leadership skills
  • Self-driven problem solver; able to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, ambiguous, and customer-focused environment
  • Drive a culture of using data insights to help drive decision-making

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $109,200 to $223,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
