Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is redefining the future of media production by enabling animation, film, and game development studios to run their entire pipelines in the cloud. As a Senior Principal Product Manager within OCIβs Studio in the Cloud business, you will lead the strategy, definition, and delivery of groundbreaking cloud services that empower studios to innovate faster, scale effortlessly, and transform their creative workflows.
This is a high-impact role where youβll shape a best-in-class suite of cloud-native solutions from the ground up including virtual workstations, high-performance storage, render farm as a service, license management, and production pipeline orchestration. Youβll collaborate directly with top-tier media & entertainment customers, OCI engineering leaders, and executives to build differentiated, market-leading offerings that expand OCIβs footprint in this fast-evolving industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Define & Execute Product Vision: Own the end-to-end strategy and roadmap for OCIβs Studio in the Cloud services, ensuring alignment with customer needs and OCIβs technical differentiation.
- Drive Customer & Market Insights: Engage directly with enterprise studios to uncover unmet needs, validate product direction, and build relationships that inform long-term innovation.
- Champion Differentiation: Identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities where OCI can deliver unique value, whether through performance, scalability, or seamless integration with production pipelines.
- Lead Cross-Functional Execution: Collaborate with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to ship products on time, balancing technical tradeoffs and business objectives.
- Deliver Clear, Actionable Requirements: Translate complex customer and technical needs into crisp functional specs, white papers, and strategy documents for stakeholders at all levels.
- Measure & Optimize: Define success metrics, analyze product performance post-launch, and iterate rapidly to exceed customer expectations.
ResponsibilitiesQualifications
- 10+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of launching enterprise-grade cloud or infrastructure products.
- Deep domain expertise in media production pipelines (film, animation, or game development), including hands-on knowledge of rendering, storage, virtual workstations, or related technologies.
- Technical fluency: Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (compute, storage, networking) and/or distributed systems architecture.
- Strategic & customer-obsessed: Ability to synthesize market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer feedback into a compelling product strategy.
- Exceptional communication: Skilled at influencing executives, engineers, and customers with data-driven storytelling.
- Leadership in ambiguity: Thrives in a fast-paced, zero-to-one environment where autonomy and initiative are critical.
Education: Bachelorβs or Masterβs in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. MBA is a plus.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracleβs differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
