This leadership role offers the unique opportunity to pioneer a new growth vertical focused on solutions for families caring for aging parents. As Senior Director of Product, you will own the end-to-end strategyβ€”from market insights and product vision to commercialization and revenue generation. You will lead cross-functional teams to build impactful, consumer-facing products that address real-world challenges while driving significant business outcomes. This position operates with executive sponsorship and high autonomy, allowing you to shape a strategic initiative with societal impact in a remote-friendly environment.

Accountabilities:

  • Define and evangelize the vision, strategy, and success metrics for the Aging Parents product vertical based on market and user insights.
  • Lead product development including discovery, experimentation, rapid iteration, and full lifecycle management.
  • Partner closely with design, engineering, marketing, and operations to deliver exceptional experiences that solve customers’ needs.
  • Own commercial outcomes including acquisition, engagement, conversion, lifetime value, and contribution margin.
  • Align executive stakeholders on investment decisions, timelines, and strategic priorities.
  • Lead cross-functional teams comprising dedicated and matrixed resources, representing the vertical in business reviews and board discussions.


Requirements
  • 10+ years of product management experience with a proven track record leading 0β†’1 initiatives and full product lifecycles.
  • Demonstrated success in building consumer-facing products from concept to launch.
  • Strong commercial acumen including experience with business models, unit economics, and P&L ownership.
  • Experience driving key performance indicators such as acquisition, conversion, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, apply scrappy experimentation, and iterate quickly.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, communication, storytelling, and stakeholder alignment skills.
  • Skilled in product discovery methods such as user research, prototyping, and testing.
  • Growth mindset with familiarity in product marketing, funnel optimization, and customer segmentation.
