Description -

We are seeking a visionary and executionโ€‘driven Principal Program Manager to lead largeโ€‘scale, consumer-facing programs acrossย solutions, apps,ย subscription services, andย streaming services. In this role, you will define and drive the delivery of nextโ€‘generationย monetizationย solutions that spanย business solutions, monetization ecosystem, media,ย and interactive experiences across devices and platforms.ย 

You will orchestrate complex, multi-team initiatives across engineering,ย product, UX, content operations, marketing, legal, finance, support, and quality, ensuring cohesive, high-quality launches that delight customers and accelerate business growth. You will also lead integrations withย 3rdย partyย partners,ย development vendors,ย content providers, and platform partners, enabling scalable monetization, premiumย solution/servicesย experiences, and operational excellence.ย 

This role is ideal for a Principal PM who thrives at the intersection ofย modernย technology, consumerย solutionย experience,ย product development lifecycle,ย and monetization strategy, and who can influence across organizations while driving clarity, alignment, and predictable delivery.ย 

Key Responsibilitiesย 

  • Lead endโ€‘toโ€‘end delivery ofย solutions, apps,ย streaming services, subscription platforms, and customer experiencesย ย 

  • Drive crossโ€‘functional execution across engineering, product, UX, content ops, marketing, legal, finance, support, and QA.ย 

  • Own program strategy,ย executionย roadmap, KPIs, and delivery governance for highโ€‘visibility media and monetization initiatives.ย 

  • Oversee app development acrossย PCย devices,ย cross-OSย platforms,,ย ensuring performance, usability, and feature quality.ย 

  • Improveย backendย qualityย &ย pipelines (dataย ingestion,ย metadata, validation) to enhanceย customer experienceย andย E2E journey.ย 

  • Support GTM planning, launch readiness, and postโ€‘launch optimization forย app,ย software, and services.ย 

  • Delivers new monetization ecosystem, subscription services (SaaS solutions), eCommerce engine, and many new consumer facing solutions & platforms.ย 

  • Advises key stakeholders on the program execution and delivery strategy across all phases of the lifecycle.ย 

  • Tracks and reportsย keyย metrics to drive future product developments, andย leadsย communicationย toย senior managementsย 

  • Workย with BDs and AdTechย leadsย toย enableย ad-supported monetization.ย 

  • Assists product management team to monitor competitive markets to determine customersโ€™ needs & pain points for certain product improvements and completes detailed competitive analyses.ย 

  • Manage 3rdโ€‘party development vendorsย and platform partners, ensuring delivery accountability and SLA adherence.ย 

  • Communicate program status, risks, and decisions to executive stakeholders with clarity and influenceย 

Required Skills & Experienceย ย 

  • 10+ years of project/ program management experienceย in software/ solutions/ services developmentย 

  • Multiple workstreams, cross-functional teams, various dependencies to deliver the program in timeย 

  • Expertise and very strong knowledge of the software/ solution development lifecycle, pre/post sales support readiness, GTM, Product generation, Quality/validation flow, E2E customer journey, HPโ€™s compliance requirements, and agile development processesย 

  • Strong experience with program governance, risk management, and KPI-driven execution.ย 

  • In-depth understanding ofย 3rdย party solutionย business & monetization framework, in particular subscription & payment gateway, SaaS, eCommerce, andย mobile appsย 

  • Experience working with cross-functional leadership, including customer experience, quality assurance, customer assurance, support, solution marketing, and product design workstreamsย 

  • Proven ability to manage 3rdโ€‘party development vendors,ย cross functional, and cross regional stakeholdersย 

  • Ability to translate technical requirements into clear program deliverables.ย 

  • Exceptional communication and executive stakeholder management.ย 

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.ย 

  • Technical intelligence to represent customersโ€™ needs in technical language and vice versaย 

  • Ability to drive clarity and alignment in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.ย 

  • Clear communication skills and presentation expertiseย

The pay range for this role isย $116,150ย toย $182,400ย USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
