Our Pratt Whitney Global Digital Technology team has an exciting remote growth opportunity for a Senior Manager, Product Portfolio & Agile Transformation.

What You Will Do:
- Coach teams and leaders in adoptingΒ SAFeΒ andΒ scaledβagile delivery practices.β
- Onboard new teams into Scaled Agile ways of working.β
- Develop runbooks, standard operating processes, andΒ delivery playbooks with the Transformation Lead andΒ consultants.β
- Improve team agility maturity and embed agile bestΒ practices across delivery teams.β
- Identify skill gaps and help upskill Product Owners,Β Scrum Masters, and teams.β
- Facilitate keyΒ SAFeΒ ceremonies, including PI Planning.β
- Serve as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, or RTE whenΒ temporary gaps exist.β
- Work handsβon with teams to model behaviors andΒ accelerate agile adoption.β
- Support the foundational learning, tools, and processesΒ required for the transformation.
- Up to 25% travel.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Β Bachelorβs degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or related field and 10+ years of applicable work experience; OR an Advanced degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or related field and 7+ years of applicable work experience.
- U.S. Citizenship is required (required due to Government contractual requirements).
- Experience in PI Planning, Agile Transformation, Jira Confluence & Metrics.
- ScaledΒ SAFeΒ Agile certified and activeΒ practitioner as an RTE, Solution Train Manager, PO, Scrum Master.β
- Experience in a large transformationΒ and understanding of the risks andΒ ability to upskill the teams,Β and drive Agile process maturity.β
- Deep experience coaching teams inΒ SAFeΒ or similar scaled frameworks.β
- Able to step into delivery roles whenΒ needed and lead by example.β
- Strong facilitator with a passion forΒ team development and agileΒ maturity.β
- Comfortable building standards,Β process guides, and reusableΒ operating models.
- Good communications skills.β
Qualifications We Prefer:β
- ITIL V4 certified.
- Organizational Change Management certified.

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidateβs work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
