Overview
DarkStar Intelligence is seeking an experienced Program Manager / Senior Technical Lead to support DHS I&Aβs Analytic Tradecraft Assistance Program (ATAP). This role oversees all contractor performance, provides senior technical leadership, and serves as the primary POC for the Contracting Officer (CO) and Contracting Officerβs Representative (COR). U.S. citizenship is required.
