The Program Manager plays a critical role in driving customer success and satisfaction through the delivery of Professional Service projects. This role is responsible for designing and managing the end-to-end execution of customer projects - ensuring scope, timelines, and outcomes are achieved with excellence. The key to this role is being able to manage cross-functional activities, serve as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders, articulate value, inspire and sell Field Nation best practices,Β
The Program Manager must have experience working with internal and external stakeholders executing programs or projects in a fast-moving, client-driven organization. This position will also offer the chance to work in a fast-paced, high growth environment where innovative ideas are encouraged and collaboration is a must. This position is located in Minneapolis, MN and reports to the Director of Professional Services.Β
What you'll get to do:
Project Planning & Execution

Lead project kickoffs, define scope and success criteria, and manage delivery against planned milestones.

Drive clientsβ path to value by iterating in real time when success criteria are at risk.

Build and manage multiple concurrent Professional Services project plans (implementations, integrations, internal projects, and work rollouts).

Develop client engagement and communication strategies that resonate with executive-level decision-makers at enterprise organizations.
Make effective, data-driven decisions when navigating competing priorities or project paths.
Customer Management

Serve as the primary contact and trusted advisor for assigned customer projects.

Inform and influence executive sponsors and key stakeholders to drive adoption, change management, and alignment.

Proactively identify and resolve risks, blockers, and scope challenges to maintain momentum and drive outcomes.

Manage escalations with professionalism and urgency, ensuring a consistent, positive customer experience.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner closely with Customer Success, Sales, Product Management, Engineering Marketing, and Finance to deliver cohesive customer outcomes.

Seek input from peers and product leads when navigating complex or ambiguous project situations.

Communicate project recommendations clearly across executive and operational audiences.

Adhere to established delivery methodologies and provide feedback on tools and best practices in order to continually improve our Professional Services.
Reporting & Program Tracking

Track and report on performance against defined KPIs and SLAs.Β

Provide timely and accurate updates to internal and external stakeholders.

Maintain accurate project documentation and status updates for all active engagements.

Analyze project data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.

Help design and enhance project management frameworks and engagement models to strengthen Field Nationβs enterprise delivery approach.

4 + years Project Management, Program Management, relationship management, or other related experience.

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with a consultative style

Strong cross-functional leadership skills

Ability to clearly present material and recommendations at an executive level

A highly motivated team player with a proactive approach to work and outcome driven

Strategic appreciation of the role, the company and the market

Experience with project/program management software such as monday.com, clickup, jira, etc.Β

A finisher/completer with high level of personal ownership of team performance

Base Salary Range | Minnesota or other Zone 3 | $99,000 - 115,000
